I do not recommend this carpet company at all. Initially we were told the carpet we wanted was not being made, this was incorrect. We explained clearly the job but when they came to do the final measure they suddenly had a range of issues with installing and failed to be solution focused.  We spent hours working with them on solutions which we did find and install could go ahead. My major issue was on the day of install when I was treated very poorly by the team plus the additional team members they brought with them to lift the carpet.  I was told carpet was 'too heavy for girls to lift', I was continually mansplained at. Toolboxes were thrown across rooms and I was constantly told to be quiet in my own house as I needed to let the 'professionals' work out what they were doing. The installer himself was quite good once others left and the quality of the install is good.  We were left with raw edges and there there was no solution offered - my builders ended up resolving. The payment terms are also just annoying with like 3-4 payment chunks needed and you can't just pay all at once or easily. I have actually never been made to feel so uncomfortable, small or unimportant in my own house/project ever - noting though the approach to the male members of the house could not have been more pleasant. We recently had the whole house installed with Vinyl flooring. Unfortunately after a short period of time we started to have some issues with the product and the installation. We called Chuck and the team. The installers came out had a look. They agreed that the installation was not up to their own standards and have quickly and efficiently fixed the problems at no cost to us and the absolute minimum of fuss. This involved the removal and replacement of a significant amount of flooring. Seriously, every company gets something wrong from time to time and it is a pleasure to deal with a company that owns it when they get it wrong and fixes it without any fuss or argument.
