Both Callum and Dallaz turned up to my house ready to get stuck into it, both of them got their heads down into their work and knocked it over a day earlier than we were first informed. The final product of the job was unreal and we couldn’t be more pleased with the result. Not only that but the admin side is easy to deal with and Mark is very knowledgeable and a top bloke. Fantastic experience right thru the whole process. The Office ladies were very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me changing my mind. The range of products was huge, we had the vinyl planks installed. The installation team was punctual, freindly and very talented. The work was faultless and they cleaned up before they left. Would not touch them with a bargepole.The girls in the office are lovely but the owner,Mark,is a bully. My bamboo flooring was damaged while the furniture was moved.Incidently I had to pay 300 dollars on top of the quote to have that done Mark came with some magic oil and covered the scratches.I said I had spare planks and that he could replace them.He accused me of making the scratches.I proved him wrong.All my bedroom furniture has knocks and dings I had told him that I was really ill from chemo .He and his carpet layer stood over me and tried to bluff me into submission.I was full of steroids so they had no chance.
