I am completely elated and thrilled with my new beautiful hybrid flooring! Prior to Carpet One Crows Nest, I called a few other local businesses in the North Shore, and nothing quite compares to their unique high level of customer service, product range, price and genuine friendly service. Thank you to Jaye, Mike and the team for an outstanding experience with carpeting 4 bedroom. Everything was handled very smoothly from the first visit to the Crows Nest showroom, to the site measure at our house and through to the install. The team that did the install on the day were also fantastic. Mike checked in several times in the day to make sure things were going as promised, which was also appreciated. We recently had 4 rooms carpeted by Carpet One in Crows Nest Looking for new carpet and finding someone to help you, even spend a bit of time with you in many carpet stores is impossible. We had spent the morning looking for carpet at other places.  In some places we were completely ignored whilst others offered some assistance but only for a short time and then we were on our own. After a very frustrating morning, we walked into Carpet One in Crows Nest and immediately things changed. Jaye, the store manager, was actually someone who was happy to chat to us,  listen and understand our needs, give us advice and options as well as fill us in about the important stuff carpet stores don't tell you about ware, cleaning and durability. We chose to buy our carpet at Carpet One in Crows Nest. I guess the next thing is the real measure of a business is how they deal with things when they don't go exactly as planned and how willing a business is to get involved and fix the problem. Again this company came through immediately, there was a minor miscommunication but the fix was immediate and the solution lead to very happy clients. We are so glad we chose Carpet One in Crows Nest the quality of the install and the final product, the fit and attention to detail is first class. We have since had contact with all  staff in the store. It's been two weeks, and I still can't believe what an incredible job Carpet One did replacing our carpets. We weren't originally planning to get new carpets, but after getting the keys to our new home, we quickly realised the original carpets were in much worse condition than they appeared during open inspections. As it was a last-minute decision, we had an incredibly tight turnaround. I spoke to Jaye on Tuesday afternoon, right before close, and explained that the movers were coming on early Friday morning. Jaye went above and beyond to make the carpet install possible. Mike did an amazing job installing the carpet and managed to get it done by early Thursday evening. Despite the rush job, Jaye and Mike were both lovely and accommodating the entire time. Super friendly, likeable people and their prices were fair (when they could have charged a premium due to the circumstances). Everyone compliments the carpets when they come see our new home. I'm very proud of them! 😅 Thanks again, Jaye and Mike!
