I would like everyone to know what a great experience we had with Glendowie Carpet One Ballina. The team of guys that laid our hybrid flooring were fantastic so professional,  so polite and work so well together, they were great. I have tried to visit the showroom on two separate occasions in normal business hours and they were closed. It was really a problem to get there as it’s a 45 min drive, and I was really inconvenienced. I still haven’t been able to visit the showroom to view samples. 10/10 for trades people used, the layers of the hybrid flooring were so thoughtful and considerate. They put back the house back together better than it was before. They worked so efficiently, my family commented “wow, they got a lot done in a day” Beven, is super organized and follows through with what he says. The lady ( sorry I have forgotten her name) was also thoughtful and took the time and patience to help with colour selection.  I am loving my new flooring, best price in Ballina and best customer service I have received. Nothing was too much trouble, this experience has far exceeded my expectations! If l could give Carpet One 10 stars l would. Gabe and Bevan in store are friendly and knowledgeable. They are patient and never pushy. The price was excellent. Aaron installed my flooring. He's a perfectionist. I couldn't be happier.
