5 stars all around! Being younger, I often felt like businesses didn't take me seriously or thought I was wasting their time. Walking into Newcastle Carpet One was a completely different experience. I was immediately met with a bright, welcoming sales rep who was amazing - from demonstrating which flooring best suited my needs to recommending colors, I was blown away. I felt genuinely listened to and valued. A week later, I worked with another lady who was equally helpful to finalise payment for my new hybrid flooring. The aftersales support was just as impressive: the admin team kept me updated every step of the way and patiently answered my endless questions about pickup.
